Janab Mehlam BS, Sheikh Mustafa Bhai Attarwala and M Huzefa Bhai reached Karachi before time and called upon the Zakireen Committee for arrangements. Janab Yahya BS Zakiuddin, who is Incharge of Karachi Zakireen Committee called all associates. Committees were formed to look after the Hall bookings, arrangements, refreshments, Mawaid, Transportation, Audio Visuals, Computer Networks, Designing, printing and public information. Masool were fixed for all departments and everyone was involved in preparing the best in their domains.

Proposals were made to arrange the workshops in community halls, hotels, seminar halls, business personnel halls, PACC and all masajids jamaat khanas. Janab Mehlam BS took personal interest in selecting the place and it was finalized that first workshop would be held in Aiwan-e-Mufaddal, Shabbirabad B Block, 2 nd would be held in Aiwan –e- Saifee, Jamat Khana –e- Tayyabiyah and 3 rd workshop day would get barakat of Al Jamea tus Saifiyah Aiwan.

The Committee took few quotations and then decided to handover the complete Audio Visual Setup to Ms. Video Links, headed by Murtaza Bhai. Professional Mic Systems, Video Editing Setup with multiple camera installations, Video recording and Photography were performed by them. Computer aided audio recording was facilitated which was taking amplified input from the Mic System to guarantee 100% recording of both Audio and Video. It was assured by all means that the setup should deliver output for every moment spent in tallaqqi of Workshop which was being held with raza mubarak of Aqa Moula (TUS).

A team was identified from Al Mohallatul Burhaniyah which took total responsibility of transportation and happily performed this khidmat week along.

Senior Zakireen members took this khidmat and performed it diligently. Cocoa Milk was served with a Kharas at 10:30 to all attendees, lunch was a balanced buffet; and evening was welcomed with a cake piece and tea. All 3 days this department performed very well and entertained the Zakireen khidmat guzars.

There were many other khidmat guzars who were there to facilitate the system. Tazeen and decoration was applauded. It appeared difficult that how would the setups be moved to other locations in night time, but all teams worked hard and it was reality at the end. Janab Mehlam BS was there always to guide the khidmatguzars who were working hard in getting things done properly.

We learnt to achieve excellence in work especially in khidmat. Mehlam BS assured that all works be done in a professional way and as per Moula (TUS) khushi.

Karachi Zakireen did azm of improving their Ilmi Me-yar by taking Asbaaq, learning Arabic language and Lisaud Dawat, reciting kalaams which are liked by Huzure Ala (TUS); wearing Libas ul Anwar, and improving every moment of their life.

We would take this opportunity to thank Janab Mehlam BS, Sheikh Mustafa Bhai Attarwala and M Huzefa Bhai who came here to Karachi and helped us realize our mistakes and gave us a charter to work for the upcoming years. Sautaliman is a resource for all mumineen zakireen to upgrade their Ilmi Mustawa and achieve the level which is the model of excellence; set as a standard for Zakireen Hussain (A.S)

With Al Jamea tus Saifiyah in Karachi, it is a blessing for Zakireen to get benefits of Ilm and Zikr and update their abilities upto the Sautaliman standards.
